We start with a complete intake consultation, where we go through your full health history to better understand how we can serve your individual mental health needs.

Step 2: Treatment Plan

We then utilize current, evidence-based practices to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan aimed to support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Step 3: Implementation

Your treatment plan will cover nutrition, physical activity, self-care practices, sleep hygiene, psychotherapy interventions, and if needed, pharmacotherapy recommendations. We also incorporate complementary and alternative treatment methods where appropriate, including aromatherapy and herbal remedies.
