If a bear is chasing you…

Anxiety symptoms can vary widely across individuals, but most people feel some constellation of symptoms AND these symptoms are negatively impacting their ability to function personally and/or professionally.

You May Experience:

  • Feeling nervous, anxious or on edge

  • Worrying about a variety of things or worrying about something specific (like social outings or being separated from loved ones)

  • Physical symptoms like stomach upset, nausea, chest tightness, or hyperventilating without any physical or organic cause. *If this is you, make sure you talk to your doctor and don't just assume it's anxiety!*
